There is a conflict between the MYOB AccountRight API and your data file

STEPS TO RESOLVE
- Run the manual test connection. If it fails then go to point 2
- If you have the PC Edition installed, then install the Server Edition of MYOB. The server edition can handle multiple versions of the API better than the PC edition.
- If you have the Server Edition then install/re-install the MYOB API
- If you have your data file located in the cloud then upgrade MYOB AccountRight Live to the latest version.
