There is a conflict between the MYOB AccountRight API and your data file

STEPS TO RESOLVE

Run the manual test connection. If it fails then go to point 2
If you have the PC Edition installed, then install the Server Edition of MYOB. The server edition can handle multiple versions of the API better than the PC edition.
If you have the Server Edition then install/re-install the MYOB API
If you have your data file located in the cloud then upgrade MYOB AccountRight Live to the latest version.
