Crashes

Excel crashes when closing the progress dialogue

Some users experience crashes in Excel when closing the progress dialogue. To resolve this problem, you will need to configure DirectDebitsLink to automatically close the progress dialogue for you. For further information, see Configuring DirectDebitsLink to automatically close the get data progress dialogue.

Turning off Compact/Repair

By default, DirectDebitsLink ships with the option to compact and repair databases on get data. This sometimes can fail and prevent the get data from completing on some machine. To change this option, see Enabling or disabling the compact databases on get data option.
