BudgetLink works differently to most software whereby the application is Microsoft Excel and the BudgetLink solution is Excel workbooks with macros in a folder.

You're able to share BudgetLink when a single instance exist in a shared folder and each user has full read write access to that folder.

A shared folder can either be a folder on your File Server, Dropbox or OneDrive.

If installing a new copy of BudgetLink then during the unzip process change the installation path from C:\BudgetLink... to the Shared Folder.

If already installed on a local drive, you can move it to the shared folder.

If the shared folder is OneDrive you will need to update the OneDrive settings so that the files are opened from a local copy.

Once located in the shared folder give full read/write permissions for the BudgetLink Folders and the C:/Temp/BudgetLink folder of your local machine.

For each BudgetLink User, start BudgetLink for the first time by double clicking BudgetLink.exe file located in the BudgetLink Folder.

A setup wizard will appear and prompt to create a trusted location and add a shortcut to the desktop.

A Standard Edition license is required to enable the above configuration.
