Overview

BudgetLink has the ability to have job sets which can be used to control the list of jobs available.

To edit a job set, follow these steps. If using security, you must be logged in as the administrator before being allowed to edit job sets.

  1. From the main Menu in BudgetLink, click on 30. Settings;
  2. Click on Jobs item in the menu;
  3. Click on the Manage Job Sets button;
  4. Log in as the Administrator if prompted;
  5. Select the job set to edit and click the Edit Job Set button;
  6. Update the Name and Description for the job set;
  7. Edit the list of rules using either Add Rule, Edit Rule or Remove Rule. For more information, see Controlling a job set using rules;
  8. Click OK to save and close the Job Set dialogue;
  9. Click Close on the Manage Job Sets dialogue.
