Job Sets

Overview

BudgetLink can produce many reports by Jobs, Classes or Tracking Categories.

In those situations, it is sometimes useful to control the list of jobs in order to produce various subsets. For instance, you may have many jobs that fall within different departments.

The Job Set feature of BudgetLink allows you to create lists of jobs which can then be used to further streamline how reports behave. These job sets can also be integrated with BudgetLink's Security feature to restrict the jobs to which users have access.

How to Guides

Managing Job Sets

For more information, see Creating a job set, Editing a job set, Controlling a job set using rules or Removing a job set.

Using Jobs Sets On Reports

Once job sets are created, BudgetLink has the capability to control the jobs that appear on reports. For more information, see Customising which jobs get included on a report.

Restricting the jobs to which users have access

BudgetLink has the capability, through security logins, to restrict the jobs to which a user has access. For more information, see Restricting the jobs to which users have access.
