Overview

Some ExcelReportLink get data issues are due to something changing on the MYOB server

Generally the fix is to re-browse to the MYOB data file in the cloud

Procedure

Data File Setup dialogue for MYOB AccountRight Live
  1. Open the Data File Setup dialogue.;
  2. Click the Select / Browse button to select your data file;
  3. Log in to your my.myob account and click the Allow Access button;
  4. Select the data file to connect to and click OK.
  5. Click OK to close the Data File Setup dialogue;
  6. Click Close to close the Manage Data Files dialogue;
  7. Re-run the Get Data process.
