Overview
Some ExcelReportLink get data issues are due to something changing on the MYOB server
Generally the fix is to re-browse to the MYOB data file in the cloud
Procedure
- Open the Data File Setup dialogue.;
- Click the Select / Browse button to select your data file;
- Log in to your my.myob account and click the Allow Access button;
- Select the data file to connect to and click OK.
- Click OK to close the Data File Setup dialogue;
- Click Close to close the Manage Data Files dialogue;
- Re-run the Get Data process.
