Overview
This error occurs when a connection issue occurs between your machine and the Xero Server.
Possible cause include:
- Internet connectivity issues on your machine or on Xero's website;
- Xero server or website becoming unavailable due to bugs, updates or maintenance;
- Xero API problems.
Depending on the cause of the issue, we recommend you wait 1 hour to 1 day as the issue should resolve itself.
