No tracking categories exist in Xero

Overview

If you do not have any tracking categories already setup in Xero, you will receive this error message when trying to setup which tracking category is used as jobs and which is used as category. You will need to first define the tracking categories in Xero.

If you do have tracking categories in Xero and receive this error, check that the user account used to connect to Xero can access the tracking categories or user a different account when authorising the connection. If problems persists, contact Accounting Addons.
