How to Disable Archiving

Follow the steps below to disable the Archiving feature

1. From the BudgetLink menu Go to 30.Settings/Data Files.
2. Click Manage Data Files button.
3. From the pop out select the data file you will need to archive and click on Edit Data File.
4. Click the Options tab.
5. Under Get Data Options click the dropdown and choose Perform a FULL GET DATA
6. Click OK
7. Click Close in Manage Data Files
8. Click Get Data in the Data Files Sheet
