Starting the MYOB AccountRight Live software to resolve Get Data issues

Overview

If DirectDebitsLink fails to connect to your MYOB data file, it may be that you need to have your MYOB data file open in order for it to get data.

This applies only to those who have the MYOB data file on their local machine and does not apply to everyone.

To resolve, simply follow these steps.

  1. Start MYOB and open your data file;
  2. Then start DirectDebitsLink and run the Full Get Data process.
