Overview

Microsoft Excel provides an option which allows users to turn on and off the option the option to copy objects with their parent cells. It should always be turned on (which is the default). When it is turned off, the publishing functionality of BudgetLink may lose charts.

To turn on the option in Microsoft Excel 2013, follow these steps.

  1. Start Excel;
  2. Go to the File menu and choose Options
  3. Select the Advanced entry in the list on the left hand side;
  4. Locate the Cut, copy and sort inserted objects with their parent cells item on the right hand side and tick it.

  1. Start Excel;
