Overview of BudgetLink
BudgetLink is a software application developped by Accounting Addons to simplify reporting processes. First developed to enhance MYOB, it has been extended to handle XERO and Quickbooks.

Data Sets
BudgetLink can produce reports using the following sets of data. Note that not all data sets are available for all accounting products.
Standard Meta Data Points
BudgetLink can produce reports for the following meta data points. Whereas the data sets represent the way numbers are derived. The meta data points represent the dimensions the reports can be produced for.
- Companies
- Financial Years
- Periods
- Accounts
- Jobs (for MYOB users)
- Categories (for MYOB users)
- Classes (for QuickBooks users)
Some reports in BudgetLink, particularly the pivot-table-based reports, have additional dimensions that can be used.
Accounting Products
BudgetLink can connect to the following accounting products.
- MYOB AccountRight Classic 19.9 or lower
- MYOB AccountRight Live 2013 or higher
- MYOB AccountEdge
- QuickBooks
- XERO
