You can choose which account hierarchy is used on reports when customizing a report.

How to customise a report to show a specific account hierarchy

To customise a report to show a specific account hierarchy, follow these steps.

  1. Click on the Customise button;
  2. Select the Filters tab at the top of the dialogue;
  3. Select the Account Hierarchy entry within the list on the left-hand side;
  4. Choose the account hierarchy to use;
  5. Click OK and view your report.

Notes

  • The Original account hierarchy available in the list reprensents the chart of account from your data file.
