Clearing values prior to importing budgets

Overview

When importing budgets from a Budget Template or a Budget Builder Template, you have the option to use the Clear and Update action prior to importing.

This option ensures that all values for the given Version, Company and Financial Year will be cleared. Other versions, companies and/or financial years will be unaffected.

Be aware that this will essentially remove all values in all Accounts, Jobs and Categories prior to importing irrespective of what is chosen to be imported.

Notes

• This option is not available when importing budgets manually.
