An HTTP Server Error (500) occured in the MYOB AccountRight API

Overview

Since September 2020 the MYOB API server has been returning server errors intermittently for some data files

Upon investigation we found that this occurs when returning a list of data files in xml format. The error does not occur when extracting the data in jsn format

The latest version of BudgetLink gets around the issue by extracting the list of data files in jsn format

Solution

Upgrade to the latest version of BudgetLink
