To download, click:
Install_BudgetLink.exe

Once downloaded, choose Run to start the installer.

For upgrade instructions click:
Help

If you have problems downloading the installer, try the zip file below.
Install_BudgetLink.zip

If downloading the zip file, extract the file and double click the EXE file to start the installer.
