Yearly Profit and Loss Report
Overview
This report displays your profit and loss figures for each financial year. This report lists your account classifications and accounts down the page and the financial years across the page.
By default, the report is set to produce a consolidated profit and loss report by including all companies, cost centres, jobs and months. It is restricted to display your Actual numbers.
It displays the following columns across the page.
- Account Classification Field
- Account Number Field
- Account Name Field
- Financial Year Field
- Tax Exclusive Amount Field
It includes the following filters.
Customising the Report
The report can be customised by editing each filter and selecting a value. As such, the report can produce figures for one or more companies, cost centres, jobs or months.
You can also use the Version Name Field to show a profit and loss report using your Actual, MYOB Budget or MYOB Job Budget data.
