YTD Profit and Loss Report
Overview
This report displays your profit and loss figures for each month for a given financial year as a rolling year-to-date total. This report lists your account classifications and accounts down the page and the months across the page.
By default, the report is set to produce a consolidated year-to-date profit and loss report by including all companies, cost centres and jobs. It is restricted to display your Actual numbers for 2014.
It displays the following columns across the page.
- Account Classification Field
- Account Number Field
- Account Name Field
- Month Field
- Tax Exclusive Amount Field
It includes the following filters.
Customising the Report
The report can be customised by editing each filter and selecting a value. As such, the report can produce figures for one or more companies, cost centres, jobs or financial years.
You can also use the Version Name Field to show a profit and loss report using your Actual, MYOB Budget or MYOB Job Budget data.
