The support note explains how to share ExcelReportLink from Drop box. It assumes that you have already installed ExcelReportLink on Drop Box.

How to move your ExcelReportLink folder location to your Dropbox folder

  1. Locate your ExcelReportLink folder. It is installed on the C: drive by default
  2. Cut the ExcelReportLink folder
  3. Open you Dropbox folder
  4. Paste the ExcelReportLink into it

How to share ExcelReportLink via Dropbox

  1. From Window Explorer, Right click on the ExcelReportLink folder in Dropbox and click share this folder
  2. Uncheck Allow editors to manage membership of this folder
  3. Enter the email address of the people you want to share ExcelReportLink with
  4. Choose Can Edit
  5. Click Share folder
