How to Delete an Archive

Overview

ExcelReportLink has an archive feature used to store historical data to improve the get data speed

Its possible for archive to can become out of sync

If that occurs then follow the procedure below to delete it

During the next full get data the archive will be recreated from nothing

Procedure

1. Open the Manage Data Files form
2. Select the data file with the out of sync archive and click Edit Data File
3. Click the Options Tab
4. Click Delete Archive
5. Click Yes to confirm
6. Click OK to close the Data file setup form
7. Repeat steps 2 to 6 for each of your other data files
8. Once done, run a full get data (Thsi will recreate the archive)
