Overview
The first Get Data that DirectDebitsLink performs has to pull a lot of information from your accounting data file. Once this get data completes, future get data will be faster as DirectDebitsLink will have archived information into it's database.
As such, this first get data can be slow for large data files.
You can control the number of financial years that DirectDebitsLink pulls using the the Edit Years button. You can set the number of Historical Years and Future Years that will be retrieved.
If your get data is particularly time consuming, reducing the number of financial years will increase performance.
