Removing a job set

Overview

BudgetLink has the ability to have job sets which can be used to control the list of jobs available. You can permanently remove a job set from BudgetLink if it is no longer needed.

Removing a job set

Manage Job Sets dialogue.

To remove a job set, follow these steps. If using security, you must be logged in as the administrator before being allowed to remove job sets.

1. From the main Menu in BudgetLink, click on 30. Settings;
2. Click on Jobs item in the menu;
3. Click on the Manage Job Sets button;
4. Log in as the Administrator if prompted;
5. Select the job set to remove and click on the Remove Job Set button on the Manage Job Sets dialogue;
6. Click on Yes to confirm removal;
7. Click Close on the Manage Job Sets dialogue.
