BudgetLink has the ability to have job sets which can be used to control the list of jobs available.
Editing a job set
To edit a job set, follow these steps. If using security, you must be logged in as the administrator before being allowed to edit job sets.
- From the main Menu in BudgetLink, click on 30. Settings;
- Click on Jobs item in the menu;
- Click on the Manage Job Sets button;
- Log in as the Administrator if prompted;
- Select the job set to edit and click the Edit Job Set button;
- Update the Name and Description for the job set;
- Edit the list of rules using either Add Rule, Edit Rule or Remove Rule. For more information, see Controlling a job set using rules;
- Click OK to save and close the Job Set dialogue;
- Click Close on the Manage Job Sets dialogue.
