In order to successfully extract data from your data file, BudgetLink requires the exact ID or location of your data file and also permissions to extract data from that file. If any of those change then error messages may occur during the get data process or the data extracted might be incorrect
BudgetLink requires the exact ID or location of your MYOB data file in order to successfully extract data.  
Sometimes such as when MYOB is upgraded the ID changes


Some of the above variables might change upon upgrading your MYOB data file. The reason is that the MYOB ID or location or name can sometimes change which means that BudgetLink either points to an old copy of the data file or cannot find the data file. As a precaution it is recommended to re-browse for your data file after upgrading MYOB so that these correct values are captured and stored
If you experience any of the following errors then try re-browsing to your data file
 
Some of the Get Data error messages which can be solved by rebrowsing for your data file include:


*Changes made to your data file do not appear to be updating in BudgetLink
*A data file cannot be found error message appears
*A data file cannot be found error message appears
*You have recently upgraded MYOB and data is missing or not reconciling with MYOB after running a get data.
