How to prepare reports for a different entity
Overview
If you are a consultant and want to prepare reports for a different entity.
Please follow the below procedure.
Procedure
- Copy the existing BudgetLink folder and paste into another folder to create a second instance of the solution;
- Start the second instance by locating the BudgetLink.exe file in the BudgetLink folder;
- Upon opening go to Menu > 30.Settings > Data Files;
- Delete all the existing data file connections;
This will delete all information set-up for you previous client including any budget data.
- Then add new data files you wish to consolidate.
- Then run Get Data process.
