Report your Balance Sheet by Job
The Challenge
Many organisations (especially not for profit) use jobs to represent parts of their business and would love to produce a balance sheet report by job. Unfortunately, this is impossible in most accounting packages.
What can be done ?
BudgetLink provides the ability to report closing balance sheet and movements by jobs against any balance sheet account.
How does it work ?
During BudgetLink’s get data process, the software downloads all your account movements and opening balances. From this data, it can report your balance sheet accounts against specific jobs.
It also provies the ability for some organisations to input the initial opening balance for each job, if needed.
The balance sheet by job functionality works for:
- MYOB AccountRight Classic (MYOB Accounting, Accounting Plus and Premier);
- MYOB AccountRight Live;
- MYOB AccountEdge;
- QuickBooks.
