Overview

We recommend upgrading ODBClink at least once a year. To do so pelase follow the instructions below:

Upgrading ODBClink

Welcome dialogue
Detected installations dialogue
Detected data warehouses dialogue

The following instructions will assist you in upgrading your new installation of ODBClink.

  1. Install ODBClink
  2. Start ODBClink;
  3. On the ODBClink welcome dialogue, read the User License Agreement;
  4. Tick the I Accept... checkbox to confirm your acceptance of the terms;
  5. Click on the Upgrade button;
  6. On the Detected Installations screen, select your old installation of ODBClink;
  7. If your old installation of ODBClink is not listed, click the Browse button and browse to the your old ODBClink.exe;
  8. Once the correct installation is selected in the list, click OK;
  9. ODBClink will detect data warehouses you would like to transfer to the new installation. If prompted, selected the data warehouses to transfer to the new installation and click Ok;
  10. Wait for the upgrade progress dialogue to complete, then click Close;
  11. Perform a Full Get Data and start using ODBClink.

You will be allowed to use ODBClink, without an upgrade key for up to 14 days. After which you will need to buy your upgrade key and enter it into the software.

To buy and enter your upgrade key, follow these steps.

  1. Start ODBClink;
  2. When prompted, click on Buy Upgrade Key or Enter Upgrade Key;
