Overview

This article assists new users installing ODBClink.

If you are an existing user and wish to upgrade ODBClink, see Upgrading ODBClink instead.

To install ODBClink, follow these instructions.

How to Install ODBClink

  1. Download ODBClink;
  2. To start the WinZip self extractor, click Install_ODBClink...exe and choose Run. It may be located at the bottom of your Browser;
  3. On the Winzip Self Extractor - Install_ODBClink...exe form, click Unzip;
  4. Click OK once the unzip is successful;
  5. On the Welcome to ODBClink... window, read the User License Agreement and tick the checkbox if you accept them, then click Next;
  6. Tick the New Installation checkbox and then click Next;
  7. Choose whether to install on the Local Machine or Shared Network Drive and click Next
  8. Click Browse to choose the installation path or use the default location then click Install.
  9. Once the installation is complete click Start

Notes

  • If you intend to have multiple users using ODBClink, we recommend you choose to install to a Shared Network Drive. All other users will be able to access ODBClink from this location and will not need to install ODBClink.
