Xero's maximum calls per minute has been reached

Overview

Xero is configured to only accept 60 calls per 60 seconds. It will start rejecting calls if it receives more than this number.

Should this happen, ExcelReportLink is configured to slow down so as not be too taxing on Xero.

In some situation, this slowing down will not help. In such situation, the Get Data will fail and you will receive a message.

We recommend you wait 5 minutes and attempt to run the Get Data again.
