Trial Balance Report
Overview
This report displays your trial balance movement figures for a given month and given financial year. It does this by showing the debits and credits that were posted to your accounts. This report lists your accounts down the page.
By default, the report is set to produce a trial balance report by including all companies, cost centres and jobs. It is restricted to display your Actual numbers for July and the 2018 financial year.
It displays the following columns across the page.
It includes the following filters.
- Version Name Field
- Company Name Field
- Cost Centre Name Field
- Job Number Field
- Financial Year Field
- Account Classification Field
Notes
The account classification is included as a filter in order to remove the totals such as Gross Profit, Operating Profit and Net Profit from the report.
Customising the Report
The report can be customised by editing each filter and selecting a value. As such, the report can produce figures for one or more companies, cost centres, jobs, financial years or months.
