Ribbon disappearing after publishing

Overview

For some users a bug in recent Office Updates has caused the Ribbon to go blank after publishing

We do have a workaround, but not a permanent solution at this stage.

Workaround

The work around is after publishing is press ALT+F, then press ESCAPE and the Ribbon should redraw
