Some problems with ExcelReportLink can occur if your installation of Microsoft Office is corrupt. Repairing the installation fixes most problems.
Repair Microsoft Office
To repair Microsoft Office, follow these steps.
- Click on the Start button in windows;
- Click on Control Panel;
- Click on Programs and Features;
- Scroll down the list and select your latest licensed version of Microsoft Office;
- Click the Change button above the list;
- Choose to perform a Quick Repair or Repair and wait for the process to finish;
