Re-select your MYOB AccountRight Live data file

Overview

If the ExcelReportLink Get Data process has previously retrieved data successfully from your MYOB data file located in the cloud and then fails with a permissions error, then try re-browsing to your data file to resolve the issue.

This issue typically occurs if something changes with your data file such as upgrading to a higher version

Procedudure

Follow the steps below to re-select your MYOB data file

  1. Go to the Data file Setup form for the failing data file
  2. Click the Select button
  3. Log on to my.MYOB
  4. Choose your data file from the drop down
  5. Click Close on the Manage Data Files dialogue.
  6. Re-run the Get Data process
