Movement Drilldown for No Job Report
Overview
This report displays a list of values for a given financial year and month. It's aim is to list the transactions which were not assigned to a job.
By default, the report is set to list all your transactions by including all companies and cost centres. It is restricted to display your Actual numbers for 2014 and for jobless transactions.
In all other respect, it is similar to the Movement Drilldown by Job Report.
It displays the following columns across the page.
- Account Classification Field
- Account Number Field
- Account Name Field
- Transaction Date Field
- Transaction Type Field
- Transaction Number Field
- Transaction Memo Field
- Tax Exclusive Amount Field
It includes the following filters.
- Version Name Field
- Company Name Field
- Cost Centre Name Field
- Job Number Field
- Financial Year Field
- Month Field
Notes
The Version Name Field is included to filter out budget figures from the report.
Customising the Report
The report can be customised by editing each filter and selecting a value. As such, the report can produce figures for one or more companies, cost centres, jobs or financial years.
