Overview
The MYOB ODBC Driver is the component that allows third-party software to connect to your MYOB AccountRight data file. The correct driver that matches your version of MYOB must be installed. For more information, see MYOB and MYOB ODBC Driver version compatibility.
While this driver is usually installed by MYOB at the same time as MYOB is installed, in some situation this does not happen and you must manually install it.
Installing the MYOB ODBC Driver
To install the MYOB ODBC driver, follow these instructions.
- From the windows Start menu, choose All Programs;
- Find your MYOB software in the list and select it;
- Click on the MYOB Tools folder;
- Click the Install MYOB ODBC Direct v10 item;
- Follow the installation prompts to complete the installation process.
Notes
- You will need to be logged in with administrator privileges in order to install the driver.
