- Renamed Identifiers field of Suppliers table of MYOB AccountRight Live. It was named incorrectly.

- Added and corrected all Terms field of the purchases table of MYOB AccountRight Live.
- Implemented fix for Sales Pivot For AccountRight live to calculate VHW (voluntary withholding) tax amounts correctly.
