Access was denied to the MYOB AccountRight Live data file

This error typically occurs when the the wrong User Name and Password is used to connect to the MYOB AccountRight live data file.

When your data file is located in the cloud there are two connection methods available.
1) Connect to MYOB data file in the CLOUD using MY.MYOB account only.
2) Connect to MYOB data file in the CLOUD using the data file USER NAME and PASSWORD.

When your data file is LOCAL or on the SERVER then refer to the data file USER NAME and PASSWORD connection method.

1) Connect to MYOB data file in the CLOUD using MY.MYOB account only.

If using this method and receiving an access denied error message then your my.myob user name and password does not have sufficient privilages. Try the following:
1) Check your my.MYOB account settings
2) Try a different my.MYOB UserName
3) If the above fails then try a the second connection method

2) Connect to MYOB data file in the CLOUD using the data file USER NAME and PASSWORD.

When you choose this method, a User Name and Password fields will appear. Make sure that you enter the data file user name and password here and not the my.myob user name and password
