Data File Related Issues
General
If your data file has moved, your data file user name or password has changed or you are having trouble connecting to your datafile, you may need to change how DirectDebitsLink connects to your data file. For more information, see Changing how DirectDebitsLink connects to your data file.
MYOB AccountRight Classic 19.9 or lower
For DirectDebitsLink or other third-party software to connect to your MYOB data file, the MYOB ODBC Driver must be installed and configured correctly. For more information, see Troubleshooting the MYOB ODBC driver.
Folder Related Issues
