DirectDebitsLink uses a workflow in order to use the data from your accounting package, record customer payments and produce the necessary ABA file. The workflow is made up of the following steps:
- Recording Sales into your Accounting Package;
- Recording Customer Payments into your Account Package;
- Recording a Bank Deposit into your Account Package;
- Creating the ABA file from your bank deposits.
