Overview

If your data file is on a local server, this error typically indicates that the server name has been incorrectly entered.

If your data file is in the cloud, this error typically indicates that your local machine cannot communicate to the MYOB Cloud Server. This could be caused by a number of reasons:

  • If using a web proxy, we recommend checking to ensure it is correctly configured.
