Overview

BudgetLink has the ability to have job groups which can be used to control the list of jobs available. You can permanently remove a job group from BudgetLink if it is no longer needed.

Removing a job group

Manage Job Groups dialogue.

To remove a job group, follow these steps. If using security, you must be logged in as the administrator before being allowed to remove job groups.

  1. From the main Menu in BudgetLink, click on 30. Settings;
  2. Click on Jobs item in the menu;
  3. Click on the Manage Job Groups button;
  4. Log in as the Administrator if prompted;
  5. Select the job group to remove and click on the Remove Job Group button on the Manage Job Groups dialogue;
  6. Click on Yes to confirm removal;
  7. Click Close on the Manage Job Groups dialogue.
