Log out of MY.MYOB before connecting with your MYOB data file in the cloud

Overview

Some users experience issues when logged into their MY.MYOB account prior to browsing for their data file or performing a Get Data. To resolve these issues, follow these steps.

  1. Start Internet Explorer; ( It might not work for other web browsers.)
  2. Navigate to the my.myob.com website;
  3. Log in with the account with which you want to connect;
  4. Log out of the my.myob.com and secure.myob.com website.

Once logged in, try either browsing for the data file or performing the get data and see if it works.
