Overview

From an integration perspective, MYOB AccountRight Live is a completely different product than MYOB AccountRight v19 (Classic). The Classic version provides access to the MYOB data via and ODBC Driver where as the Live version provides access via an API.

The impact is that when updating the data file connection to point to the MYOB AccountRight Live data file you must also select the new connection type being MYOB AccountRight Live as opposed to MYOB AccountRight Classic.

The other impact is that the existing version of BudgetLink may not be compatible with the latest version MYOB AccountRight Live and so you may need to Upgrade BudgetLink before you can connect to the new MYOB data file
