Overview

So that BudgetLink knows how to connect to your MYOB data file it keeps a record of it's name and path. If the name and path of your MYOB data file changes then the only that BudgetLink know's about the change is if it's data connection record is updated


Notes

It is important that when changing the data connection record that you point the the connection to the same MYOB company file.


Procedure

  1. Go to the Data File Setup dialogue. See Changing how BudgetLink connects to your data file for more information;
  2. Click Browse at the Data File Path field and select the moved or renamed MYOB data file
  3. Click OK
  4. Click Close
