How to remove reports from the BudgetLink menu

Overview

Reports are Excel Workbooks which exist in the BudgetLink Folder\Version Folder

The Menu displays Workbooks contained in the Version Folder

Removing a report from the Menu is a matter of locating and removing it from the Version Folder

Procedure

1. Locate the BudgetLink Version Folder
2. Identify the Report to remove and move it outside of the BudgetLink Folder
