How to Delete an Archive

Overview

BudgetLink has an archive feature used to store historical data to improve the get data speed

Its possible for archive to can become out of sync

The impact is that either the Get Data process may fail or data may be incorrect

If this occurs the solution is to delete the archive

The archive will be rebuilt during the next get data

Here's how to do that

Procedure

1. Open the Manage Data Files form
2. Select the data file with the corrupted archive and click Edit Data File
3. Click the Options Tab
4. Click Delete Archive
5. Click Yes to confirm
6. Click OK to close the Data file setup form
