Overview

BudgetLink has the ability to have security logins which prevents users from running BudgetLink. A worksheet set can be assigned to each login to control the reports to which users have access.

Adding a worksheet set

To add a worksheet set, follow these steps.

  1. From the main Menu in BudgetLink, click on 30. Settings;
  2. Click on Security item in the menu;
  3. Click on the Manage Worksheet Sets button;
  4. Log in as the Administrator if prompted;
  5. Click on the Add Worksheet Set button on the Manage Worksheet Sets dialogue;
  6. Enter the Name of the worksheet set;
  7. Tick the reports belonging to this worksheet set;
  8. Click OK to add the worksheet set;
  9. Click Close on the Manage Worksheet Sets dialogue.
