BudgetLink v3.39.0.92 was released on 16/12/2013. The main enhancements were the ability to use the Budget Entry screen to report for consolidated jobs, as well as the inclusion of the header accounts. Adjustment versions have also been enhanced to have a from and to year.

- Creating the first data file connection will check the master setting and disable it so it cannot be changed.
