Budget Entry

Entering budgets against an invalid period should show an error message
Fixed issue with budget entry and account hierarchies that doesn't use jobs or categories.
Weekly Budget Entry will no longer show monthly budgets as part of filters.
Monthly Budget Entry will no longer show weekly budgets as part of filters.

Resolved issue with Cash Flow report to include opening balance for first period with Budgets at all times.
Enabling versions will force mandatory get data and not skip MYOB files
Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet Reports will no longer show Cash Flow Account Hierarchies in filters.
Cash Flow Reports will no longer show Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet Hierarchies in filters.
Enabling weekly periods will now prompt to enable the Accruals (Weekly) version.
Enabling Accruals (Weekly) version will now prompt to enable weekly and four-weekly periods.
Resolved issue with drilldown not working for Accruals (Advanced).
