Data Warehouses

Setting first data warehouse will show in the dialogue.
Enhanced data warehouse to have "Only include conversion table" options for MYOB Live data file types.
Editing a data warehouse will only remove tables that get unticked.
Editing a dat warehouse will only pre-tick tables without prefix which match perfectly the fields.
Added error message when errors occur when adding or removing tables.
Added prompt to backup databases when managing data warehouses.
Fixed bug with "do not show again" when backing up databases so that option is stored correctly.
